• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for candles that have been used, lit, or damaged due to improper handling.
• Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
